Genesis One Network
A faith-based prison discipleship program built on leadership, accountability, and mentorship — and it starts inside the walls. Members grow into leaders among their peers behind the walls so that, on release, they're equipped to lead their own households. Not just a pre-release program: a full path of discipleship, an accredited-member leadership track earned inside, and a graduate network on the outside (register at release, monthly OKC/Tulsa fellowship gatherings, and an ongoing resource network). Its mission: "Glorifying Jesus Christ by making inmates Christian Disciples."
The Bridge — Prison Ministry
The prison-ministry department of The Bridge (Assemblies of God, Mustang, OK). Our team goes inside the Union City facility to lead services and disciple men, and is building reentry mentorship to walk with them as they come home. Newer and growing, and adding hands.
Ministry Prayer Life — Prayer & Reentry Mentorship
This ministry. Prayer and pastoral support for anyone, plus a growing reentry-mentorship effort that walks with men and women before and after release — a hand up, someone in your corner, and a bridge to the resources on this page. Several of our members also volunteer with Women of Integrity (WOI) at Mabel Bassett women's prison, bringing praise and worship and straight teaching from the Word. You don't need a crisis or the right words to reach out.
Oklahoma Jail & Prison Ministries (OJPM)
A non-denominational Christian chaplaincy nonprofit serving 22 correctional facilities across 18 Oklahoma counties, including Great Plains Correctional Facility (Hinton) and Lexington Assessment & Reception Center. Provides evangelical outreach, chaplain support, and volunteer opportunities for those who want to mentor incarcerated men and women. Our minister serves alongside OJPM.
Redemption Missions (Criminal Justice & Mercy Ministries)
A fellowship for justice-involved individuals in the final stages of incarceration who have earned day passes or are in community correction centers. Offers transportation to worship, cognitive-behavioral classes (Thinking for a Change, Relapse Prevention, Anger Management), AA/NA meetings, clothing closets for job interviews and reentry, and family meals. Hosted at Penn Ave Redemption United Methodist Church.
Hope is Alive Ministries
A Christ-centered recovery home network with 12 locations across Oklahoma (OKC, Tulsa, Claremore, Weatherford), offering residential sober living for men and women, a 45-day intensive Healing Center program, and family support groups. Serves people rebuilding their lives after addiction, including those with a history of incarceration.
Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma
Faith-based, Christ-centered residential recovery from drug, alcohol, and other life-controlling struggles. Long-term, gender-separate residential centers across Oklahoma for adult men, adult women, and adolescents — a strong fit for returning citizens who need structured, substance-free, faith-based recovery. Our mentor Ken Isom serves on the board.
