These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ministryprayerlife.com, our 24/7 prayer hotline at (833) 902-2437, our SMS, website chat, and social media channels, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Ministry Prayer Life LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Ministry”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
By visiting our website, calling our prayer line, messaging us by SMS, website chat, Facebook, or Instagram, submitting a prayer request, donating, or otherwise interacting with the Ministry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

Calls to our prayer hotline are answered by Queen Esther, our AI voice agent. SMS messages, the website chat widget, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram direct messages are answered by King David, our AI chat assistant. By calling or messaging, you consent to:
Neither Queen Esther nor King David is a licensed counselor, therapist, medical professional, or attorney. If you prefer not to interact with an AI agent, you may contact the Ministry by email at [email protected] and a ministry team member will respond directly.
Ministry Prayer Life sends text messages from our toll-free prayer line, (833) 902-2437.
You are added only when you tick the SMS consent box on a prayer request form on this website and provide your mobile number. Those forms appear on our home page, Welcome, Give & Connect, and Ways to Serve pages. We never add anyone who has not ticked that box. Calling us, replying to one of our messages, or sending us a text does not by itself enroll you in text messages — enrollment happens only through the website consent box described above.
Once you opt in, you consent to receive prayer, encouragement, and account-related text messages from Ministry Prayer Life. These may include confirmation that a prayer request was received, follow-up check-ins, crisis-support follow-up, and salvation-decision follow-up. We send no marketing or promotional content. Replies are assisted by an automated ministry assistant, with human follow-up by the ministry team.
SMS consent is not a condition of receiving prayer or any other service from the Ministry. Our SMS program follows CTIA messaging guidelines and applicable toll-free messaging standards. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
A. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are voluntary and made in support of the Ministry. Donations are processed through PayPal, as Ministry Prayer Life LLC. We are grateful for every contribution.
B. Tax Status
Ministry Prayer Life is not currently registered as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions under federal law at this time.
C. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will review the request in good faith.
D. Use of Funds
Donations support the operations of the Ministry, including the 24/7 prayer hotline, prison ministry, homeless outreach, and pastoral follow-up.
All content on ministryprayerlife.com — including text, scripture summaries, branding, logos, and design — is the property of Ministry Prayer Life or used with permission, unless otherwise noted.
Scripture quotations are from the World Messianic Bible (WMB), which is in the public domain.
You may share Ministry content for personal, non-commercial spiritual use with proper attribution. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ministry Prayer Life LLC, Minister Matthew Maycumber, or any affiliated party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the amount of any donation you made in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ministry Prayer Life LLC, Minister Matthew Maycumber, and our agents and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. We will make a reasonable effort to respond within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
