These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ministryprayerlife.com, our 24/7 prayer hotline at (833) 994-2437, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ministry Prayer Life ("we," "us," "our," or "the Ministry").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, calling our prayer line, submitting a prayer request, donating, or otherwise interacting with the Ministry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. Description of Services
Ministry Prayer Life provides:
A 24/7 prayer request hotline answered by Mary, our AI voice agent, with follow-up by Pastor Matt Maycumber.
An online prayer request submission form.
Spiritual content, scripture, and pastoral encouragement.
Donation processing in support of the Ministry.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently. Users between 13 and 17 may use the Services with parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly accept submissions or interactions from anyone under 13.
4. User Conduct
When using the Services, you agree NOT to:
Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Submit prayer requests on behalf of another identifiable person without their consent.
Use the Services to spam, solicit, or distribute unwanted commercial content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or third-party services we use.
Interfere with the operation of the Services or the experience of other users.
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate access at our discretion.
5. Prayer Request Submissions
Prayer requests submitted through the website, phone line, or other channels become part of our internal pastoral records. By submitting a prayer request, you grant us permission to:
Pray over the request privately and through ministry channels.
Follow up with you, where you have provided contact information and opted in.
Maintain a confidential record of the request for ministry purposes.
We will not publicly share identifiable prayer requests without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. AI Voice Agent
Calls to our prayer hotline are answered by Mary, our AI voice agent. By placing a call, you consent to:
Interaction with an AI agent.
Recording and transcription of the call.
Storage of the call summary in our ministry records.

7. Donations
A. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are voluntary and made in support of the Ministry. We are grateful for every contribution.
B. Tax Status
Ministry Prayer Life is not currently registered as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions under federal law at this time.
C. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will review the request in good faith.
D. Use of Funds
Donations support the operations of the Ministry, including the 24/7 prayer hotline, prison ministry, homeless outreach, and pastoral follow-up.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ministryprayerlife.com — including text, scripture summaries, branding, logos, and design — is the property of Ministry Prayer Life or used with permission, unless otherwise noted.
Scripture quotations are from the World Messianic Bible (WMB), which is in the public domain.
You may share Ministry content for personal, non-commercial spiritual use with proper attribution. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Ministry does not warrant:
That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
That prayer or pastoral content will produce any specific outcome.
That AI-generated responses are free from error.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ministry Prayer Life, Pastor Matt Maycumber, or any affiliated party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the amount of any donation you made in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ministry Prayer Life, Pastor Matt Maycumber, and our agents and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. We will make a reasonable effort to respond within 30 days.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at ministryprayerlife.com/terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
